What to do if the package is delivered damaged?

  • If your package is visibly damaged when the delivery person offers it, refuse the package. It will then be returned to us.
  • If an item has suffered transport damage or damage when opening your package, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To handle your report correctly, please report the damage by email and include clear photos of the damage. We would like to receive images of both the outer and inner packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we can no longer process reports submitted to us later than 24 hours after receipt of your order.
