Shipping route

As soon as payment and address details are known to us, orders will be immediately prepared for shipment, if in stock.
The carrier is notified that the packages are ready for shipment.
The customer will be informed immediately by means of an automatically generated email message.
The ready packages are picked up by the carrier PostNL on the same day or the next working day and delivered to the customer in the Netherlands within 24 hours. Deliveries to countries within Europe take 3-7 working days. Deliveries outside Europe take 2-3 weeks.
If this is not possible, the carrier will ensure that the order is delivered to the delivery address as soon as possible. A paid order, if ready for shipment, will be delivered within 48 hours (if possible). Different delivery times apply during weekends, public holidays and holidays of our staff.
By means of a notification from our carrier, the customer will receive an email stating under which number the order has been shipped. As a customer, you can track the package via the site from the time it was picked up.
Some shipments are made by registered and insured mail. This means that receipt of the shipment at the delivery address must be signed for.
